Mango Berry Blast

Enjoy the tropical flavors of the mango and the antioxidants in the berries in this cool smoothie. Its a great way to start the day or fuel up after a workout.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Instructions:

Put frozen chunks of mango, mixed berries, and a banana in a blender

Add Greek yogurt and orange juice with a spoon

There is more sweetness if you add honey

Mix until its creamy and smooth

Put it in a glass and enjoy
