Ingredients:
- 1 package gluten-free lasagna noodles
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
As directed on the package, cook the lasagna noodles
Once done, drain them and set them aside
Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat
Put in the minced garlic and chopped onion
Saut until the onions are soft
Put the ground beef in the pan and cook it until it turns brown
Get rid of extra fat
The dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper should all be mixed in
Let it cook for 5 minutes
Put the egg, ricotta cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl and mix them together
Mix everything together well
Spoon a little meat sauce into a 9x13-inch baking dish
Stack cooked lasagna noodles on top of each other
Cover the noodles with half of the ricotta mixture
Then, top them with half of the mozzarella cheese
Add more layers, ending with a layer of meat sauce and the rest of the mozzarella cheese
Put foil over the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes
Take off the foil and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is browned and bubbly
Take a few minutes to let the lasagna cool down before you serve it
Cut it up, serve it, and enjoy
