Ingredients:
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Edible glitter or sparkling sugar for coating
Instructions:
Put the heavy cream and white chocolate chips in a bowl that can go in the microwave
In 20-second bursts, stir the mixture every time until the chocolate is melted and the whole thing is smooth
Put in the lemon juice, zest, vanilla extract, unsalted butter, and a pinch of salt
Mix it all together
Graham cracker crumbs and confectioners sugar should be added to the mix
Mix everything together well
Put the mixture in the fridge for one to two hours, or until its firm enough to handle
Roll the mixture into truffle-sized balls with your hands and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper
To cover the truffles, roll them in edible glitter or sparkling sugar
Put the truffles back in the fridge for another 30 minutes to set
