Ingredients:
- 300g fusilli pasta
- 250g grilled turkey breast, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook fusilli pasta until it is al dente
Remove the water and set it aside
Warm up the butter and olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good
Put grilled turkey slices in the pan and heat them up until they are warm all the way through
Put in fresh spinach leaves and cook until they wilt
To make it taste better, add salt and pepper to taste and then sprinkle dried oregano and basil on top
Toss the cooked fusilli pasta into the pan with the rest of the ingredients until everything is well mixed
Grate some Parmesan cheese on top and serve hot
