Nutty Morning Bliss Smoothie

This smoothie is full of healthy ingredients and is a great way to start the day. The fruits, oats, and chia seeds give it a lot of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. The almond butter gives it a creamy texture and healthy fats. On top of the salad are walnuts, which give it extra crunch and omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup mixed dried fruits such as dates, apricots, figs
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • Handful of walnuts, for garnish

Instructions:

Put the almond milk, banana, dried fruits, rolled oats, chia seeds, and almond butter in a blender

Mix until its creamy and smooth

Put it in a glass and top it off with walnuts
