Ingredients:
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 cup crab meat, canned or fresh
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups mixed vegetables bell peppers, snap peas, carrots
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
Crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper should all be combined in a mixing bowl
Blend until thoroughly blended
Put a tsp of the crab mixture in the middle of each wrapper of wonton
To create a triangle, wet the edges with water and fold them in half
To seal, press the edges together
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat
Add the wontons and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy
Take out and place aside from the skillet
Add water and sweet chili sauce to the same skillet
Simmer after stirring to blend flavors
When the mixed vegetables are crisp-tender, add them to the sauce and stir-fry for three to four minutes
Once the veggies and sauce are well-coated and thoroughly heated, return the cooked wontons to the skillet and toss them gently
If desired, top with extra finely chopped green onions and serve right away
