Mango Lime Coconut Frozen Yoghurt

This frozen yogurt with mango, lime, and coconut is a great healthy summer treat. It has the tropical tastes of coconut, lime, and mango, and its creamy like Greek yogurt. That cool taste is great, and its a treat that wont make you feel bad.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of coconut milk
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of shredded coconut optional, for topping

Instructions:

Put frozen mango chunks, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, lime zest, lime juice, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender

Blend until smooth

As needed, scrape down the sides of the blender to make it smooth and creamy

Put the mixture in a jar and put a lid or plastic wrap on top of it

It needs to be frozen for at least 4 hours or until it gets hard

Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften up a bit before you serve it

Put the frozen yogurt into bowls or cones, and if you want, top them with shredded coconut
