Crispy Waffles with Bananas Baked in Ricotta

Private Massages Pembroke Pines

A tasty breakfast treat is these waffles that are crispy and have bananas baked in ricotta. The waffles are golden and light, and the ricotta cheese makes them creamy. The caramelized bananas add a sweet touch. Perfect for a slow brunch on the weekend

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions:

Follow the directions that came with your waffle iron to get it hot

Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl and mix them together

Put the eggs in a different bowl and beat them

Then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract

Combine well

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed

Dont mix it too much; a few lumps are fine

Spray nonstick cooking spray or melt some butter and use it to grease the waffle iron

Put on the waffle iron enough batter to cover the waffle grid

Put the lid back on and cook the waffles until they are crisp and golden brown

The time it takes to cook may be different for each waffle iron

Warm your oven up to 350F 175C while the waffles are cooking

Put the banana slices on a baking sheet and bake them for about ten minutes, or until they start to turn a little caramelized

Take the bananas out of the oven and set them aside

Put a waffle on a plate, spread a lot of ricotta cheese on top of it, and then arrange the baked banana slices on top of the ricotta

Put some maple syrup on top, and enjoy
